SERVICE BRIEF
Cord blood mononuclear cells were finally obtained from cord blood samples by Ficoll centrifugation, magnetic bead sorting and other purification processes.
Cord blood mononuclear cells are common raw materials in the field of immune research, and can be used to isolate CD34 hematopoietic stem cells.

Cd34+ cells are involved in maintaining the undifferentiated state of hematopoietic progenitor cells and are applicable to a series of research fields, such as direct induction and differentiation into various relatively mature lineages of blood cells, anti GVHD drugs, stem cell differentiation and proliferation, mononuclear cell population relationship, different subtypes and inflammatory response.
