INGREDIENT DESCRIPTION
Mononuclear cells (PBMC) account for more than 90%
Red Blood Cells(RBC)
Plasma
Platelets
Comparison between leukopak and whole blood
Whole Blood Blood Components
Collected blood volume <400ML Cumulative cycle<7.5~10L
Acquisition interval 3 months ~ half a year Once every 2-3 months, less than or equal to 6 times a year
infectivity Whole blood is a sensitive source of infection Full automatic operation, disposable consumables, no manual intervention
One time collection quantity 400~600million 6000~7500million
purity Direct Ficoll is difficult to remove clean red blood cells The content of red blood cells in component blood is already very low. Again, Ficoll basically contains no red blood cells

OUR ADVANTAGES AND FEATURES
Fully enclosed and safe: the leukopak collection process uses disposable consumables, which is sterile, fully automated and closed. The pollution caused by human operation factors is avoided.
Specialty: full process operation monitoring by professional medical staff.
High efficiency: PBMC obtained by apheresis is 10 times more than that by whole blood density gradient centrifugation, and donors can donate repeatedly every 90 days, up to 4 times a year, making it an ideal choice for large-scale research or preclinical trials.
Strict quality management system: in accordance with the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, strict quality management standards have been established to strictly monitor the quality of each batch of samples, and a perfect sample file management system has been established for traceability.
Professional cold chain transportation: all our products are distributed by a third-party professional international cold chain logistics company, providing one-to-one services to ensure the temperature and time requirements of samples.
